    Account For Customers

    1. How/Where do I create an account on EarthnMe?

    To Create an Account on EarthnMe, follow these steps:

    • ● Click Login in the upper-right corner.
    • Customer Account page loads for you
    • ● Under New Customers, click the Create Account, fill in the required fields and complete the steps.
    • ● On successful completion, the account is created and My Account page loads for you

    An account confirmation email will be sent for the email id that you have provided while creating the EarthnMe account.

    2. How/Where do I Login on EarthnMe?

    You need to register your account to be able to log in & access EarthnMe. Please follow the above steps to create an account on EarthnMe.

    For registered users, you can click Login in the upper-right corner & access your customer account.

    3. I have given my mobile number in my last order. Can I use that number to log in to EarthnMe?

    No, we don’t have the option to Login on EarthnMe using a mobile number. You can use the email id that you have given in your last order to log in.

    4. How do I recover my lost account/locked account?

    5. How do I reset/change my Password?

    After signing into your account, go to the My Account section in the Customer Dashboard.

    Click on change or edit password on the Contact Information

    6. What if I forgot my Password?

    Enter your Email Address and click Forgot Your Password? on the login page, and fill in the required details. Password Reset Email will be sent to your Inbox, click on the Set New Password and set your new password by completing the process.

    7. How do I change my Contact Details provided on EarthnMe Account (Email ID, Mobile Number, Address)?

    To change your contact details, follow these steps:

    • Login to your account with a registered Email Id & Password.
    • ● Click Edit in Contact Information & address to make the necessary changes.
    • Additionally, you can also add another address & make it your default address.

    8. What If I didn’t receive my OTP?

    If you didn’t receive the OTP while creating the account, click on Resend OTP.

    10. Where can I add additional billing and shipping addresses?

    If you want to add more additional billing addresses and shipping addresses. Follow these steps:

    • ● Login to your account with a registered Email Id & Password.
    • ● Click the Address Book option under the Customer Dashboard.
    • ● Click Add New Address button to set that as your default billing address and shipping address.
    • ● To add another address, click on Add New Address and follow all the above steps.

    Account For Sellers

    1. Where do I create a Seller account on EarthnMe?

    To Create an Account on EarthnMe, follow these steps:

    • ● Click on Sell With Us in the upper-right corner.
    • (or)
    • ● Click on Sell With Us under the Marketplace menu from the Footer Section.
    • (or)
    • ● Click on Register in the upper-right corner.
    • Enter the initial required information to create the account.
    • ● Followed by completing all the required 5 steps with the necessary information (one after the other) and saving them.

    After admin approval, a confirmation email will be sent for the email id that you have provided while creating the EarthnMe seller account<./p>

    Once your account is approved, you can start selling on EarthnMe using the login options provided on the page.

    2. How do I find if my Seller Registration Account is Validated?

    You need to register an account and complete the seller profile information.

    Our EarthnMe admin will verify the profile details that you have provided and validate your registration.

    Once validated, you will receive an account validated/approved email from EarthnMe.

    3. How can I add products to sell?

    If you want to add a product to sell on EarthnMe, follow these steps:

    • Login to your seller account by following the steps mentioned in the above steps.
    • ● Click Seller Products under the Seller section.
    • ● Click Add New Product.
    • ● Fill up all the 6 steps one by one and save them.
    • Seller Products page loads for you with the Products Lists.

    4. How can I edit the product details?

    To edit the product details listed by you, follow these steps:

    • Login to your seller account
    • ● Click Seller Products under the Seller section.
    • ● Click the Edit icon on the product that you wish to edit/modify.
    • ● Make the changes that you need to do and click Save.

    Products will be saved with the changes you have made.

    5. How can I change my profile details provided on the EarthnMe seller account?

    If you wish to change your profile details provided on the EarthnMe seller account. Follow these steps:

    • Login to your seller account with a registered Email Id & Password.
    • ● Click My Profile under the Seller section.
    • Make the necessary changes and click Save Profile.

    Your Profile will be updated with the changes.

    6. How can I manage the orders?

    If you wish to manage the orders on your EarthnMe seller account. Follow these steps:

    • Login to your seller account with a registered Email Id & Password.
    • Seller Dashboard page loads for you.
    • ● Click Order Management under the Seller section.
    • Orders page loads for you.

    You can check on the details and status of the orders.

    7. Where can I check my transaction records?

    You can check your account order transaction records on your EarthnMe seller account. Follow these steps:

    • Login to your seller account with a registered Email Id & Password.
    • Seller Dashboard page loads for you.
    • ● Click Transactions under the Seller section.
    • Transactions page loads for you.

    You can check on the transaction details of the orders.

    8. How can I check my overall performance report?

    You can check the overall performance report records on your EarthnMe seller account. Follow these steps:

    • ● Login to your seller account with a registered Email Id & Password.
    • Seller Dashboard page loads for you.

    You can check all your performance reports like income details, order status, and last five orders on the seller dashboard.

    Payment

    1. What payment methods are supported by EarthnMe?

    EarthnMe supports all types of payment options via Razorpay.

    • Card - Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro.
    • UPI/QR - Instant payment using UPI App like BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm & More.
    • Netbanking - All Indian banks.
    • Wallet - Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, Ola Money (Postpaid + Wallet), JioMoney, and PayZapp.

    2. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option available for buying products?

    Currently, we do not have cash on delivery (COD) payment option on EarthnMe for buying products.

    3. Does EarthnMe support the EMI option for payments?

    As of now, EarthnMe does not support the EMI option for payments.

    4. What should I do if my payment fails?

    Check the payment method and the details that you have provided. Try again with a different payment method or contact your bank about payment security policies.

    5. What is GST? I got charged a GST amount on my order.

    The goods and services tax (GST) is a value-added tax that is charged on most goods and services sold for domestic consumption. The consumer should pay GST for the product or service they order. Each and every order that is placed on or after July 1st, 2017 will get the GST charges including other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax, and more.

    Shipping

    1. Does EarthnMe ship outside India?

    Currently, at this point EarthnMe ships products only inside India.

    2. Does EarthnMe support bulk shipping?

    3. To which all locations does Earthnme deliver?

    With Shiprocket, EarthnMe delivers across 27000+ serviceable pin codes locations.

    4. Can I Self Ship a Product?

    At present, we do not allow Self Ship for any of the products.

    5. Where does Free Shipping over INR 1000 apply?

    If you purchase over INR1000, then free shipping will be directly applied to your checkout process itself.

    Delivery

    1. How to check order tracking/status of products on EarthnMe?

    You will get an email/SMS that will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your EarthnMe account.

    2. What to do in an event of an order getting delayed?

    If your order gets delayed, you will receive an email/message with the updates. In this case, a new delivery timeframe will be shared with you through email or SMS. You can also track the order status by visiting My Orders.

    3. What is EarthnMe estimated delivery time for products?

    The estimated delivery time for products post-shipment average time within 1 to 2 weeks. Our selling partners regularly keep ready stock to fulfill all your orders, this is to make sure the minimum lag between receiving and dispatching orders. The estimated delivery time also varies depending on - Product type/category, Quantity, Destination, etc.

    4. What should be done:

    • a. In case of receiving the wrong delivery of products?
    • Kindly raise a ticket on the portal, mention all the order-related details in the ticket.
    • b. In the case of receiving partial/incomplete delivery of products?

    • c. In an event of missed order/house locked during an attempt to ship a particular product?
    • In case you missed an order/ are unavailable during an attempt to ship a particular product, our courier partner will be delivering your order usually the next business day in case you miss a delivery. Also, you can check your SMS/Email for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver your order again.

    5. How do I edit my shipping address in the event of a wrong address?

    You need to check out the order status and once the order is accepted by the vendor the address can’t be changed. You can contact the support team to make the shipping address before the order gets processed.

    Returns

    1. Till when can I return a product?

    Returns can be accepted only for defective/damaged/incorrectly shipped product(s)/item(s). You need to return it within 7-15 days from the date of delivery and you need to notify us by raising the ticket within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

    2. What if I receive defective/damaged/incorrect product(s)?

    Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product by raising the ticket.

    • ● The customer has to upload pictures/images of damaged/defective products. The damage or defect should be clearly visible in the pictures/images
    • ● The return package of the products that you wish to return should be well-packed with all its original packing and tags.
    • ● The customer must provide Customer invoice details.
    • ● We will process 100% refunds once we receive & review the product at our end.

    Cancellation

    1. How can I cancel an Order/Item?

    Customers can cancel an order/item within 24 hours of product order placement. Follow these steps:

    For Registered Users:

    • 1. Login to your account with a registered Email Id & Password.
    • 2. My Account page loads for you.
    • 3. Check out the “Recent Orders” section and click the “Cancel Order” option in the Order you wish to cancel. (Customer can cancel orders with the orders in pending and processing status within 24 hours)
    • 4. “Cancel Order Request” pop-up appears. You need to pick the predefined reasons for cancellation from the drop-down options and you can mention more information about the cancellation in the comments section.
    • 5. Click the “Cancel Order” button.
    • 6. Order will be Canceled and the Order cancel confirmation email will be sent to your registered Email id..

    For Guest Users:

    Guest users need to create an account with the Email Id they have used while ordering, by following the steps provided below:

    • 8. Click the Create Account and Fill in the required fields.
    • 9. Click the My Dashboard in the upper right corner and My Account page loads for you.
    • 10. Please follow the above steps given to registered users to cancel your order.

    In case, if an error occurs customers can raise a ticket and contact the support team to resolve the issue.

    2. Why do I see a disabled 'Cancel' link and my order not getting canceled?

    You can’t cancel your order after 24 hours of order placement. If you get any error while canceling the order, you can contact the support team.

    3. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

    As soon as you request the cancellation of item(s) within 24 hours of order placement by following the given steps, the order will get canceled and you will be notified of the same by email.

    4. When will I get my cancel orders refund amount?

    As soon as you cancel your order, EarthnMe will refund the amount back to you within 15 business days.

    5. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

    You will receive your refunds based on the mode of payment. If you processed your order using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. Along with the approved payment gateways, EarthnMe will credit your refund directly to your bank account within 7-21 working days from the time of EarthnMe’s refund request approval.

    Refund

    1. What should I do when I need to return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?

    If you return/cancel any of the purchased products you will get the amount refunded including the GST.

    2. When will I get my refund amount?

    As soon as the returned product got received, EarthnMe will refund the amount back to you within 15 business days.
