What If You Receive Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Product(s)?
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product by raising the ticket.
The customer has to upload pictures/images of damaged/defective products. The damage or defect should be clearly visible in the pictures/images.
The return package of the products that you wish to return should be well-packed with all its original packing and tags.
The customer must provide Customer invoice details.
We will process 100% refunds once we receive & review the product at our end.
How You’ll Return Product(s)?
Customer can return their product(s) by letting us know within 48 hours from the date of delivery by raising the ticket from your Registered EarthnMe Account.
A courier pickup for the product return will be scheduled with the courier partner.
On receiving the return request, EarthnMe will arrange the Pickup for most of the regions, unless specific/unforeseen circumstances.
Who Pays For Shipping Return?
To return the product(s), a courier pickup will be scheduled with the courier partner. For two attempts, Courier Partner offers return shipping charges free of cost for the customers. If the customer agreed a time to pick up the product to return and missed on the second attempt, then Rs.100 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The customer should attach the EarthnMe product(s) invoice/order sheet.
Should include all its original delivery packaging box, manufacturer's packaging with dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels, and all other items included with the product(s) delivered and assure the parcel is appropriately packed.
Only defective/damaged products can be returned.
Ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the product tags are in place.

How You’ll Receive Your Refund?
You will receive your refunds based on the mode of payment. If you processed your order using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. Along with the approved payment gateways, EarthnMe will credit your refund directly to your bank account within 7-21 working days from the time of EarthnMe’s refund request approval.
