How Long Does EarthnMe Take To Process The Order(s)?

Processing times vary depending on vendors, but most of the orders will be processed between 48-72 hours from the order placement. Our vendors usually keep ready stock to fulfill all the orders, this is to ensure minimum lag between receiving and dispatching of order. The customer will get notified via email as soon as the shipment is confirmed.

How Long Does EarthnMe Take To Ship The Order(s)?

The average estimated delivery time for the post-shipment is between 1 to 2 weeks. Also, it varies depends on the:

When Will the Order Arrive?

Orders will typically ship via courier partners, so depending on the delivery location from the vendor, orders will typically arrive by 1 to 2 weeks. Some vendors make their products to order, so there might be delays in production time.

Package shipping progress can be tracked using the AWB number mentioned in the shipping information section.

Also, when an order is shipped out, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive the email within 5 days of placing the order, please let us know by raising a ticket with order no.

How Many Billing & Shipping Addresses Can Be Added To EarthnMe Account?

EarthnMe allows the customers to add multiple numbers of billing and shipping addresses to add on the My Account -> Address Book. While processing the order, customers can just pick the billing address and the shipping address they wish to deliver.

What Are All Shipping Details That Needs To Be Included?

Shipping Details must include the name of the addressee/customer, the current address to be shipped to, and contact details of the addressee/customer carefully. Simply check the box if your billing and shipping information are the same.

How To Find A Missing Package That Shows As Delivered

Maximum all the packages arrive on time, once in a while the tracking may show as "delivered" but you don't have your package.

If your order consisted of multiple items and only a few were delivered to you, it's possible that the other items in your order were dispatched in another shipment.

To confirm, check My Order Section. you can track and know the shipment status there.

If That's Not The Case:

Check the delivery notification to see if the package was accepted by either your neighbors or building security.

Wait until the end of the day (9 P.M.). Sometimes, the delivery agent might accidentally scan your package as delivered, while it's still in transit.
